Current Foreclosures

In Winter Park, short sale residential listings increased from 9 to 17 with the number sold remaining steady at 4.  However, the number of condo listings decreased from 21 to 18 and the number sold also decreased from 5 to 4.  In Granby, the number of active short sale listings for both residential properties (20 to 16), as well as condos (79 to 9) decreased.  The number of sales also decreased for both residential properties (3 to 1) and condos (70 to 3).  The Granby condo numbers reflect a high inventory at the Inn at Silvercreek.  In Grand Lake, the number of active short sale residential listings has remained flat at 9 and the number sold increased from 1 to 4.  While the number of short sale condos listed in Grand Lake has decreased from 3 to 2 and the number sold has remained flat at zero.

In Winter Park, the number of active (14 to 18) and sold (9 to 12) foreclosed residential listings increased.  While the number of active (9 to 7) and sold (5 to 3) foreclosed condos decreased.  In Granby, foreclosed residential listings remained flat at 26 and the number sold decreased from 14 to 9.  Active listings for condos increased from 5 to 8 and the number sold also increased from 4 to 3.  In Grand Lake, foreclosed residential active listings (30 to 20) and the number sold (17 to 5) both decreased.  While the number of active condo listings increased from 3 to 4 with the number sold also increasing from 1 to 3.
