Real Estate of Winter Park now has a new system for signing contracts - using your mouse! No more printing & faxing. It's called CTMeContracts and with legislation that was passed several years ago this electronic signature is acceptable and legally binding - just like signing with a pen.
You probably don't realize that you already do this type of electronic signature when you sign your name on an electronic pad at the grocery store.
Some of you have probably already seen these contracts from your Realtor and the response we're getting is great - it's faster, easier and saves paper!
This is just another way Real Estate of Winter Park is leading in innovative technology!
