After 31 years in Investment Banking/Corporate Finance, my wife and I decided to make a lifestyle change and moved to Winter Park in 1999. I received a Broker Associate License in that same year. At that point I started Lake Trail Development in 2003 and created a conservation easement on this property. My wife and I enjoy living here because of hiking, skiing, and just being in the mountains.

A Colorado native, I first experienced Grand County spending summer weekends at the family cabin on Lake Granby boating and water-skiing. In 1999, my husband Regis and I realized our dream of living in the mountains when we moved to Winter Park. February of 2004, I joined Regis in Real Estate and development and became a licensed Real Estate Broker. Being able to live in Winter Park to observe wildlife and the incredible scenery with family and friends is a gift every day.

He sold advertising solutions to customers large and small for twenty years while working as a sales professional for Dex Yellow Pages. Prior to that he spent twelve years as a Court Administrator for the judicial systems of Denver and Atlanta. He believes in giving back to his community and has done so by being active in starting up several HOA's in Pole Creek Valley in Tabernash where he enjoys living. Peggy has been a Realtor for over 10 years and loves to help people fulfill their dreams of owning a mountain home. Peggy and her family moved to Winter Park in 2000 when her children were old enough to start skiing. They enjoy Grand County's wide open spaces and of course, the small town ski environment. Peggy still savors those powder days but mostly she is on the go supporting her two sons who are highly competitive alpine and freeride skiers.
