After graduating from Western State College in Gunnison, CO in 2003, Julie and her husband moved back to Winter Park - where he grew up.  They love living in the small mountain town so much that they decided to stay and purchased their first home in 2008.

"We love walking our dogs, Macaroni & Cheese, on all the great trails - they especially love playing in the snow!"

Following graduation with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Geology/Environmental Studies, Erin migrated from her hometown in New York to pursue a dream of traveling to the western United States. Erin settled with her husband Greg in the Rocky Mountains of Northern Colorado in 2001.

After traveling to ski at the Winter Park Ski Resort each weekend for three consecutive years, Erin and Greg decided to relocate to the Fraser Valley. The excitement of living in the heart of the mountains furthered Erin’s motivation to obtain her Colorado Real Estate Broker’s License. Erin received her license in the Spring of 2006 prior to moving to Winter Park and has been employed with Katie Riemenschneider (and, consequently, Real Estate of Winter Park) since August of the same year.

With hobbies such as skiing, mountain biking and rock climbing, Erin is at home recreating in Winter Park and Fraser Valley.

Sarah has always loved Grand County.  She grew up here so really it made sense that once she was ready to settle down the only place she could think of calling home was Winter Park, which is why six years ago she made it her permanent address. 

After a few years in property management and development she joined the world of real estate and never looked back. 

With her family just a short drive away they enjoy going to the Park for a hike with the kids or a picnic on the lake with their poles.  Taking advantage of all the ATV trails in Winter Park is also a must for summer.  Sarah believes life is an adventure to be lived, and what better place to do that then Winter Park.
