Peggy has been a Realtor for over 10 years and loves to help people fulfill their dreams of owning a mountain home.  She also enjoys building homes with her husband, architect Peter Nelson.  “I love the idea of taking a dream, drawing it on a piece of paper and then organizing the team and buying the materials!”  Peggy has won the Grand County Parade of Homes Best Interior Design for her work.  She is also on the Town of Fraser Planning Board and the Fox Run Affordable Housing Board of Directors.

Peggy and her family moved to Winter Park in 2000 when her children were old enough to start skiing.  They enjoy Grand County's wide open spaces and of course, the small town ski environment. Peggy still savors those powder days but mostly she is on the go supporting her son who is a highly competitive freeride skier.
