After 31 years in Investment Banking/Corporate Finance, my wife and I decided to make a lifestyle change and moved to Winter Park in 1999. I received a Broker Associate License in that same year. At that point I started Lake Trail Development in 2003 and created a conservation easement on this property. My wife and I enjoy living here because of hiking, skiing, and just being in the mountains.
