My connection to Grand County began shortly after moving to Colorado from Indiana in 1999, when my husband and I purchased a townhome in Winter Park. What started as a weekend escape quickly became something more. In 2011, we made the decision to leave Denver and raise our family in Grand County full-time, a choice we still consider one of the best we've ever made.

Today, this community is home in every sense of the word. When I'm not helping clients, you'll find me exploring the trails and mountains that make this area so special. I spend my summers trail running and mountain biking throughout Grand County and my winters skiing and skinning up Mary Jane. These experiences have given me an intimate understanding of the neighborhoods, recreation opportunities, and lifestyle that draw so many people here.

My commitment to this community extends beyond real estate. I proudly serve on the Board of Headwaters Trails Alliance, helping support and advocate for the trail systems that connect residents and visitors to the outdoors. Being involved in the future of Grand County allows me to stay deeply connected to the people, places, and projects shaping our mountain communities.

Since earning my real estate license in 2014, I've helped clients complete more than 150 transactions and consistently facilitated over $20 million in annual sales. Most of my business comes from referrals and repeat clients, which I believe reflects the trust, relationships, and personalized guidance that are at the heart of how I work.
