Grand Lake is known for its summer fun of boating, sailing, or fishing, and it's Signature Annual Events: the 4th of July Extravaganza and Grand Lake Regatta Week.
It is also known as the "Snowmobiling Capital of Colorado," but Snowmobiling isn't the only winter activity. Head out to Grand Lake Nordic Center for snowshoeing and nordic skiing, or simply head out into Rocky Mountain National Park for some winter wildlife viewing.
