Why Work With Real Estate of Winter Park?

Julie was amazing. She helped us navigate all the steps and hiccups needed to complete our sale. She was extremely kind and patient. We would certainly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor. Thank you again, Julie.

Lynn Burrows was our real estate agent for the sale of our condo in Fraser, Colorado, and she is, without a doubt, the best real estate agent we have ever worked with. Having bought and sold numerous properties over the years, we have never experienced this level of dedication, professionalism, and genuine care. Lynn went above and beyond at every turn. She's incredibly efficient, responsive, and on top of every detail. She was there for us every step of the way.

Katie was excellent to work with throughout the entire home-buying process. She knows the Grand County market extremely well and was responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with from the initial search through negotiations and inspections. Katie never made me feel pressured to make a decision. She gave me the information and local perspective I needed, helped coordinate the many moving pieces involved in evaluating a mountain property, and was always available when questions came up.

Great experience with Amy. Always a step ahead and she kept me informed with all the information I needed to make this transaction happen.

Very positive. Shanna really knows the WP market, and was very helpful in facilitating a positive and fast sale.

I cannot say enough kind words about Erin. She was magnificent in all respects. She was prompt, thorough and knowledgeable. In addition, she was courteous and friendly in all dealings. We felt totally comfortable and confident in her with every interaction-and there were many. I highly, highly, highly recommend her as anyone’s agent looking to purchase real estate in Grand County. Incidentally, we chose her based on internet reviews and they were right!

Peggy Smith is very responsive and has an incredible ability to juggle a lot of balls at once and not let any drop.

Rylee has been a fantastic agent to work with. When we bought our property, we were very happy with her attention to our needs and the whole process. When we decided to sell our property, it was an easy decision to work with Rylee again. Rylee stayed in contact with us periodically, which made working with her again a very seamless process.

Rylee was very helpful and I would highly recommend her to other potential clients.

Working with Rylee was an absolute pleasure. She was professional, responsive, and truly cared about making the process smooth for our mutual client. Her communication and attention to detail made a big difference from start to finish. I’d highly recommend Rylee to anyone!
