After graduating from Metropolitan State University of Denver, I spent several years traveling and working in Australia, New Zealand, South Lake Tahoe, and San Francisco, where I gained experience in the mortgage industry. Those experiences broadened my perspective while reinforcing my appreciation for the place I have always considered home. I returned to Winter Park in 2012 and have been helping clients navigate the Grand County real estate market ever since.

Today, I work with buyers, sellers, first-time home buyers, investors, and relocating families throughout Winter Park, Fraser, Tabernash, Granby, Grand Lake, and Hot Sulphur Springs. My approach is built on education, local expertise, strong communication, and strategic negotiation. I believe informed clients make confident decisions, and I take pride in guiding people through every step of the process.

For sellers, I provide recommendations on pricing, staging, and property improvements designed to maximize value and create a strong first impression. For buyers, I offer local insight and market knowledge to help them find the right property and community for their goals.

Beyond real estate, I remain actively involved in the community through my service as a Board Member for the Fraser Valley Recreation District and my involvement with The Grand Foundation's Grand Activities Program.
