Hi, I’m Jenny Creath, a REALTOR® with Real Estate of Winter Park, and I’m proud to finally call the Fraser Valley home. 

I was born and raised in Central Illinois, where hardworking Midwest roots shaped much of who I am today. Showing up, doing what you say you’re going to do, treating people well, and working hard have always been guiding principles in both my life and my career. 

I spent the next 30 years in Austin, Texas, where I raised my family and built a life and career. I earned my real estate license in 2017 and quickly discovered that what I loved most about the business wasn’t simply buying and selling homes. It was helping people navigate big decisions and major life transitions with honest advice, good information, and someone firmly in their corner. 

My husband, Norris, and I first began coming to the Fraser Valley in 2013, and somewhere along the way, visiting turned into dreaming about what it would be like to actually live here. We fell in love with the mountains and the lifestyle: skiing, hiking, biking, camping, and spending as much time outdoors as possible. 

When we became empty nesters in 2021, with six adult children between us, we knew it was time to start our next chapter in Colorado. Our first stop was Colorado Springs, where we spent four wonderful years. But the Fraser Valley never stopped calling us back. 

In 2026, more than a decade after we first began coming here, we finally made that longtime dream a reality and moved to Winter Park full-time. 

Today, Norris works at Winter Park Resort, and I’m excited to continue my real estate career with Real Estate of Winter Park. We’ve also brought along Clara Belle, our Bernese Mountain Dog, who seems fairly convinced we chose this entire climate specifically for her. 

Having made several major moves myself, I understand that choosing a home is rarely just about the house. It can be about a new job, becoming an empty nester, finding a second home, investing in a place you love, or simply deciding it’s finally time to live the life you’ve been talking about for years. 

That perspective is something I bring to every client relationship. Whether you’re looking for a full-time mountain home, a weekend getaway, an investment property, or your own fresh start in Grand County, my goal is to provide knowledgeable guidance, honest communication, and a level of service rooted in relationships rather than transactions.
