Originally from North Carolina, Josh moved to Colorado in search of a life centered around the outdoors. Since 2009, he's built a life in the community, spending countless days snowboarding, mountain biking, rafting, hiking, and exploring the places his clients now hope to call home. His firsthand knowledge of the area allows him to help clients discover not just the right property, but the neighborhoods, trails, ski access, and mountain lifestyle that make Winter Park so special.

Josh's background is anything but ordinary. Before real estate, he worked in hospitality, guided snowboard and whitewater rafting trips, spent several years in construction, and owned a successful pottery business for seven years. Those experiences taught him the value of exceptional service, clear communication, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.

After the birth of his first son, Josh made the transition into real estate to build a career he loves while creating the flexibility to support his growing family.
