Peggy has been a realtor in the Fraser Valley since 1999 and loves to help people fulfill their dream of owning a mountain home. Peggy has been a realtor in the Fraser Valley since 1999 and loves to help people fulfill their dream of owning a mountain home. Peggy has an extensive background in construction and has been the general contractor on six homes designed by her architect husband, Peter Nelson. She has won the Grand County Parade of Homes Best Interior Design Award for her work. She loves the challenge of looking at a property and imagining “what if?”. Peggy has been a life long community activist and has been the Mayor of Fraser, a member of the Winter Park Fraser Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and Director of Fund Raising for the Winter Park Ski Education Foundation. Currently, she is on the Grand County Higher Education Board and member of the HOPE Fund-Grand Foundation raising money for addiction recovery in Grand County. In her spare time she still savors those powder days and long hikes on blue bird days.
