Looking for Halloween Events in Grand County? - by Sarah Ryan

We have done the work for you and covered all the Grand County festivities from Winter Park to Granby, Grand Lake, and Hot Sulphur Springs. Start getting your costumes ready! The Town of Grand Lake is starting Halloween weekend off early on Friday, October 30th from 12:00 to 1:00 PM with achildren's Halloween party, costume contest, and trick or treating along the boardwalk. Treats and refreshments will be provided! Trick or Treat Main Street is Friday, October 30th from 4:00 to 6:00 PM in theTown of Granby. Trick or Treat the businesses on Agate Avenue before heading to the town parking lot (next to Brickhouse 40) for the costume contest! Costume line-up begins at 5:00 with the judging at 5:15. Make sure you visit the spooky tunnel at the chamber! New to Grand Countys Halloween lineup is the Grand County Sheriffs Office FREE Live Action Zombie Apocalypse Haunted House Experience on Friday, October 30th. In conjunction with Grand County EMS and Hot Sulphur Springs Fire this promises to be a night you wont soon forget! If you are at least 12 years of age, then travel at your own risk through the woods at Pioneer Park in Hot Sulphur Springs from 8:00 to 10:00 PM. For the younger kids they will have fun games with prizes from 6:30 to 8:00 PM. You wont want to miss this one! The fun continues Saturday, October 31thatCooper Creek Squarein Winter Park with the Halloween Bash from 4:00 to 6:00 PM. Enjoy Trick or Treat Street, Phantom Photo Booth and fun surprises throughout the center.
