Changing of Seasons - by Dan Harper

The Winter Park resort is now closed and warm weather is ushering in spring time. With this change comes new outdoor activities that haven't been available through the winter. The Winter Park skate park has been shoveled out by members of our local skate community and is open and ready to skate. Another great amenity to our community is the Fraser River trail, which has been plowed and is ready for use. The section between the Winter Park Resort and the town of Winter Park is particulalrly beautiful right now. As the warm weather continues to shine our mountain bike and hiking trails will also start to open.
