Dont miss the final Farmers Market and Oktoberfest Celebration in Granby. Today, October 2, 2009, 3pm to 9:30pm, located on Main Street in Granby Come and kick up your hills and enjoy the music of Tanzkapett and Claddagh. Tanzkapette will be playing from 3-6pm and Claddagh performs between 6:30-9:30pm. Save your appetite and enjoy all the tasty food from different restaurant vendors offering food, beer, wine and even a margarita. Theres a pumpkin patch and games for kids and the winners of the Scarecrow contest will be announced. Morales Farms is sponsoring their 3rd Annual Farm Food Drive offering free locally grown produce in exchange for canned goods to help fill the shelves at local food banks. Be sure and bring your canned goods, take home some fresh vegetables.
