The Angel Tree begins November 27 and goes through December 17. An annual holiday tradition for many Grand County families is adopting a deserving child to ensure something appears under the tree for Christmas. Cards representing each child are placed on a Christmas Tree located in the courtyard at Cooper Creek Square. Angels (the general public) take a card and try to match the needs and desires of the child, returning the wrapped gifts and cards to Cooper Creek stores no later than December 17 for delivery by Christmas.
