As 2009 comes to a close those of us at Real Estate of Winter Park have a lot to reflect back on and be thankful for. Our new company will be two years old this coming March. As we've recently been told by friends, surviving your first two years in business is quite a feat, especially during a severe recession. During this time we've even managed to grow! We've gone from having just eight owners last year to adding five associate brokers. Real Estate of Winter Park enjoyed being #1 in residential sales until two of our competitors recently merged. We are taking this in stride and are confident that we will rise to the #1 position again in 2010.
