The Rec Center in Winter Park has a Climbing Wall! - by Erin Jeziorski

The new Recreation Center in Winter Park offers an awesome climbing wall. For climbing enthusiasts it is a great way to keep in shape over the winter and test your limits too. Let me tell you that I am surprised at the difficulty of some of the climbs on this wall. It is great! The wall also offers natural features, cracks and a bouldering area! The kiddos love it too! I love seeing their smiling faces when they make it to the top of the wall and I think climbing is a great way to teach them "focus". So check it out and if you see me there I may even give you a hint to the awesome local outdoor climbing spots that the Winter Park area has to offer!
