Getting to Know... Meadow Ridge in Fraser, Colorado - by Margaret Sonnek

Meadow Ridge is located on a mountain plateau and its unique location provides a picturesque overlook of the entire Winter Park/Fraser Valley. It is about three quarters of a mile off US Hwy 40. Over the years it has become a popular location for family vacation and groups such as ski clubs and church groups that enjoy all the winter & summer actives that Winter Park/Fraser Valley has to offer. The amenities that the project has to offer are a crowd pleaser. Club Meadow Ridge is within walking distance of all units and comes equipped with an outdoor heated pool, large outdoor hot tubs, indoor workout room, steam room, racquetball courts, locker room, coin operated laundry facilities, wireless internet access (at the clubhouse only), tennis courts and meeting room space. There is also a dedicated open space which kids and dogs love to play in whether it is winter or summer. There are 3 Homeowners Associations, which control 42 buildings and approximately 400 units. There is a mixture of 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom units. These comfortable condominiums have full kitchens, wood burning fireplaces and depending on the unit's location, either a private balcony or patio.
