This subdivision is located in the town of Winter Park. Developed in the mid 1990s, it was the first new develop created in Winter Park since the 1980s. It has 270 degree views of the surrounding majestic peaks. These exceptional panoramic views commence northeast toward the Indian Peaks wilderness, sweeping southerly along the Continental Divide past spectacular James and Parry Peaks, and continue on around to the Winter Park and Vasquez Ski mountains.
