Beaver Village Condominiums are located at the entrance of the town of Winter Park and minutes from Winter Park Resort. Close to all the wonderful amenities that are available in the Winter Park area. The large condominium complex is set in a campus style setting with three cul-de-sacs and a centrally located Clubhouse. The entire condo complex is surrounded by the Arapaho National Forest and has spectacular views of the Continental Divide. The grounds are immaculately taken care of in the summer & the winter. Beaver Village complex provides paved streets and parking. Condominium units are individually owned and may have varying decor but each condominium has the same floor plans that are pretty standard. Condominiums come in a variety of sizes ranging from one, two, three and four bedroom condos. But the majority of the units are 2 bedrooms, 2 baths with a lockout feature for all units except the one bedroom units. All units have a fireplace and a balcony. Many have views & some are more private and tucked in the woods. There are 20 buildings with 3 separate HOAs. Majority of the buildings have Wireless Internet. Condos are within 2 blockswalking distance of downtown Winter Park; close to shopping, dining and nightlife.In addition, the free town shuttle is available in the winterto take you to the Winter Park Ski Resort or other areas.The complex is complimented by its ownBeaver Bus during peak season to make transportation around our condo complex, the resort and town easy for you.
