Market Update

Summer is here! The weather has been great and there are tons of events planned for this summer. The Winter Park Resort is opening its summer activities on June 16th - Trestle Bike Park, Alpine Slide, Mini Golf, etc. They are also hosting the Epic Single Track Mountain Bike Series - the first race is the Hill Climb on June 16th. High Note Thursdays begin June 21st. If you have never been, this is a fun FREE evening of music at Hideaway Park in Downtown Winter Park a family friendly, dog friendly, bring your picnic andBYOB friendly event! And if you are a Fraserite, they have Tuesday Picnic in the Park at the Fraser Town Hall starting June 26th. We are also looking forward to the opening of the new Foundry Cinema and Bowl scheduled to open late June/early July! The Foundry is located by the Grand Park Community Recreation Center. As for a summer real estate update... *Real Estate of Winter Park is still #1 is sales, sales volume and number of listings in 2012. We are very proud to be #1 and we enjoy workinghard for our clients. We've had43 new listings in the last 30days.We are looking forward to a busy summer season!
