We are also staying very busy with showings and property inquiries from folks who've fallen in love with the area. Pricing remains flat in most sectors of the market but we are seeing a greater number of sales and inventory is shrinking somewhat. Distressed properties are available but there are fewer. Pricing is key to sales and the best deals are continuing to be the most attractive for buyers. Interest rates are under 4% for 30 year fixed rates...if you haven't re-financed lately, you might want to inquire about doing so with a no cost loan.
