Curious in viewing what the Grand Lake market has to offer for 2014? A great opportunity for all to find their niche in this wonderful community has arrived at the Eleventh Annual Art and Architecture Home Tour! On June 21^st from 1-5 pm enjoy a VIP property tour of 5 beautiful homes that are awaiting your curiosity. On the tour you can expect realtors, clients, and knowledgeable locals that will paint the picture of all that Grand Lake has to offer along with the amazing homes themselves. Some Homes on tour are located right on the lake and others are nestled deep in the woods on acreage waiting to be discovered. After a few hours of architectural and artful bliss no doubt you will be hungry. A tour gathering will be held at the Sagebrush Grill from 4-6 pm and will include appetizers and a cash bar. Enjoy your happy hour while bantering about the lovely properties you have toured with other participants! The tour and Sage Brush Grill gathering is $25.00 per person with only 200 tickets available. If that wasnt quite enough we encourage you to try on a more sophisticated style and attend the tour and The 6^th House Dinner! At 6:00pm sharp this 6^th home site on the tour will turn out mountain ambiance AND a fabulous dinner party that offers a multicourse dinner, wine and beer pairings, and an opportunity for you to soak up a lovely evening in a gorgeous home.
