During the month of July 2026, Grand County saw 71 residential transactions totaling a little over $75M in sales volume with an average sales price of $1,062,153.
Compared to July 2025, number of transactions were up by 10 transactions (16% increase), total sales volume was up by 11% and average sales price was down 4.5%.
In July 2026 there were 997 active properties. 720 were residential and 227 were vacant land. This is a 3% increase in total inventory compared to July 2025 which had 972 total active properties, 723 residential and 249 vacant land.
