The Village at Winter Park is nearing completion and Lime an American Cantina had it's soft opening over Presidents weekend. Lime offers a wide range of Mexican inspired food and their signature Might Margaritas. Since it was only the soft opening this weekend, Lime had a limited menu available, which consisted of tacos, burritos, and an assortment of dips for their wonderfully homemade chips. However, they did have their full menu available to look over. I did get a chance to partake in one of their signature Mighty Margaritas, which lived up to it's name. Lime is just the first in a line of new bars and restaurants to open up at the new Village at Winter Park. Next up is the Cheeky Monk a Belgium pub, slated to open some time in March. The new Village at Winter Park has many new condos at Fraser Crossing, Founders Pointe, and the Lofts. Â
